Proton Edar Automotive Malaysia

Repositioning of Malaysia's national automotive company Proton Edar through facility design and customer experience enhancements for flagship greenfield showroom and service centre sites. This was a substantial rebranding and positioning project including everything from the building’s architectural design & interior design, graphical brand expressions, brand communication, defining the customer experience and service standards, design manuals and benchmarking of signage program and pilot sites.
