An exercise in how to bring the VW brand to the customer rather than the typical way of expecting them to come and find the showroom–A modular 'open home' concept was developed as a complete activation package to be deployed into heartland shopping malls where the target consumer is naturally spending their time. The concept was developed as a brand activation package, including traffic generating activities, engagement activities and followed a clearly scripted customer experience maps.
